What we hold

Your business details, your login, your customers' contact details, your invoices, and a record of payments made against them. Those payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal, so we never see or store card numbers.

Why we hold it

To make the invoices, send them, chase the unpaid ones, show you what you are owed, and produce your report. Nothing else.

Who sees it

You and the people in your business. Payments pass through Stripe or PayPal under their own privacy terms. Email is delivered by Brevo. Nothing is sold, and it is not used to train anything.

Where it lives

On a server in Australia, backed up nightly to a machine at the office. Backups are encrypted and kept for the same seven years Australian tax law requires for business records.

Your control

You can export your invoices and customers at any time. You can delete a customer's details on request, except where we must keep an invoice record for tax. Deleting your account removes your login and your access immediately.
