What this service is

This software helps you create invoices, take payments through your own Stripe and PayPal accounts, and send reminders about unpaid invoices. It is not an accounting service and it is not financial advice.

Your money

Payments from your customers go to your own payment accounts. They are never held by us. We do not take a percentage of your invoices. You are responsible for your own merchant terms with Stripe and PayPal, and for the tax you owe on the income.

Reminders

You control the reminder sequence. By switching it on, you ask us to send those emails on your behalf using your business name. We stop automatically when an invoice is paid, and when a customer asks you to stop. Your customers must be your own customers: we do not allow this service to be used for unsolicited email.

Your data

Your invoices, customers and payments are yours. You can export them at any time. If you close your account, we keep the records for seven years because Australian tax law requires it, and then delete them.

Fair use and limits

Plans have invoice limits per month. We may suspend an account that is used to send spam, to abuse the payment gateways, or to break the law.

Availability

We aim for the service to be available at all times, and we take backups daily. We cannot promise it will never go down. If it does, you can always send invoices from your own records, because your data is yours.
